In response to COVID-19 Pinnacle Peak Oral Surgery will be seeing essential and emergency treatment. Some examples would be tooth pain, infection, swelling, and trauma. Pinnacle Peak Oral Surgery has always followed infection guideline protocols and we will now be increasing our measures with screening of patients including temperature checks and increased disinfection of frequently touched areas. Even with these measures, this is a new disease and there is no definitive information on avoiding every mode of transmission other than following CDC guidelines. We must work together in deciding if your treatment can wait or completing the procedure outweighs the possible risk of transmission. This will take all of us working together to help keep each other and our loved ones safe and healthy during this time.
We will continue to remain open for emergencies only, but please remember our schedule is very fluid and recommendations are changing rapidly. Our office hours maybe shortened from week to week.
Please reschedule your appointment if you or an immediate family member:
- have traveled outside the country in the last 21 days
- have been exposed to a person with coronavirus
- or have the following symptoms in the last 72hrs of your appointment: fever, cough, wheezing or shortness of breath, runny nose, diarrhea or vomiting, discharge from eyes, unknown rash, any other flu-like symptoms, any illness being treated with antibiotics or prescription medication for less than 48 hrs.
Appointment times maybe longer if our staff feels the need to allow for extra cleaning time
Your appointment maybe rescheduled/or canceled at anytime due to guidelines from the CDC and the ADA. We will make every effort to contact you. Please make sure your contact information is correct.
We are trying to limit the amount of people in our waiting rooms at this time. Please limit the amount of people that accompany you to your appointment.
We need adequate time to clean the waiting rooms between patients, please do not come to the waiting room. Please call or text us at 480-342-8200 that you have arrived and we will send a text reply letting you know we are ready for you to come in.
- Previous X-Rays and Dental Insurance Information:
Due to heavy call volume and recent dental office closures, it is important that you contact your general dentist ahead of time and have the X-rays forwarded to us in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in us taking images at an additional cost.
- Dental Insurance Information:
Failure to have correct dental insurance information before the day of your appointment will result in a treatment plan that is based on our office fees. We want to help you avoid any extra charges and inaccurate treatment plans, so please verify they are correct well before your appointment.
